So I have been hearing allot about the couch to 5k? what does it consist of? how long is this program? how often do people train? I love running now that I can run for 25 mins straight (which would have been impossible two months ago ) I've searched for topics but all I found were people wanting to join & supporting each other, hence why I want to know what it is LOL.
Another thing, Ive been doing cardio for the past two months, and kettle bell training at home (15 lbs) 30DS. I have lost 14 lbs and seriously need to tone my body now. I feel like I have extra skin haning everywhere. Would strenth trianing help? How often, any suggestion for this beginner would be appreciated!!!

It is a running programme. If you google it, you will find loads of information. It will be no good for you though if you can already run for 25 mins. There our lots of apps to take you up to 10k though.0

For the C25K program, I have found the podcasts extremely helpful. Basically it's just someone guiding you along with some music too. Here is the one I use:

If you can run for 25 min straight already the C25K program will not be challenging enough for you most likely. It is designed for people who are very new to running. Try to find it in Google. There are also 10K and half training programs that might be more your speed. I use the Zen Labs phone app. Makes it really easy to follow. Best of luck.0

Try this website http://www.djsteveboy.com/intervals.html
It has several things to offer like a Gateway to 8K, Freeway to 10K and a couple of others if you are wanting to run.
There are also lots of and lots of different podcasts with set BPMs that you can run to.
If you have an iphone there is the podrunner app you can download.
Otherwise you can just download the files to your pc and then put it on your mp3 player0
