You may have platued or you may have water weight...0

Well first off my question is why are you concerned? You've lost almost 10lbs in less then 1 1/2 months That is an incredible amount. Why do you think you should be losing more?0

9 lbs in a month is amazing.
Is 0.6 pounds the difference for one week? If so, that is not at all considered a plateau. A healthy rate of loss is 0.5 to 2 lbs per week.
You are right on track.0 -
Because you're too thin to maintain a 2.25/week weight loss for any amount of time.0

^^^Exactly. Your body is telling you that enough is enough...well, that and this **** isn't linear.0 -
When you first start eating at a calorie deficit the weight can come off faster to begin with. A lot of the initial loss is water weight. As you continue your weight loss stabilises and will come off a bit slower. If you don't have a lot of weight to lose 0.5 lb weight loss per week is a very healthy rate to be losing weight. Weight loss can be strange and unpredictable. Some weeks you might lose less than your desired amount but lose a lot more the next week. Keep it up and be encouraged by the loss, no matter how small.0

You are too close to your goal to expect more than a half pound a week. Your caloric intake (as low as it may seem) is not very much lower than your maintenance. Just for fun, reset your weight loss goal to maintenance and see what the suggested caloric intake is. I will bet it's only about 300 calories higher than you are eating now. A 300 calorie deficit will take 12 days to lose a pound. That doesn't count the normal fluid retentions just by stresses of moving/traveling and natural female retentions. When I reset mine, MFP only gave me another 350 cals. : (0

OP: Please don't take my post to mean that you need to lower your caloric intake more. Just take it slow and lower your expectations of the scale. Continue to exercise, that will help you burn off/earn more calories and you will look more tone. I wish men couldn't read this stuff, but I am going to say it anyway. Your man is not going to check your weight on the scale, he is going to check your bod. If your body looks good, your weight is irrelevant.0

If you could make your diary public, then we can take a look. Otherwise, it could be water retention, you could be not eating enough, or you might need to change your exercise workouts.0

Hi all, thanks for posting.... Ok, I think I should've put .6oz lost. Out is it the same as half a pound? 10 pounds is good, but I just thought I would lose more, I'm still happy, no doubt about that. To one of the comments above, I'm not a skinny chick so I have plenty to lose
How do I put my stuff public? Oh and I have been eating way under my calories, I can't eat that much if I wanted to or even tried. I get to the point where if I eat to much my stomach hurts.0 -
Maybe you have to poop.0

Eating way under your calories is going to slow down your metabolism and usually causes a loss of precious muscle mass, the stuff you don't want to lose. Eat more.
And if you can't eat to your recommended calorie level, how did you gain weight in the first place? I call "shehanigans!"
Also, a loss of appetite on a very low calorie diet can be a symptom of a metabolism that has already been suppressed. This isn't a good thing.0 -

Lol, I used to eat out a lot, and drink a lot of soda. Horrible choices I know.0 -
