Looking to lose 10-20 pounds more - need friends!

I've lost almost 15 pounds in the last 100 days (slow, but steady!) I want to lose another 10-20 (maybe more?) and could use some more motivational friends! I am starting the NROL4W program in January and would love some other lifters for motivation. I'm also a new mom and could always use some mom friends too

Hi! Congrats on the new baby! Is this your first? I'm looking to loose the same amount too! I recently made a big move and have gained about 12-15 pounds. It's just making me feel slugish and less entergetic. What's NROL4W? I'm really trying to up my cardio, but I find it hard to do that while lifting. I've started to do circuits where I switch between cardio and weights. Any good ideas for lifting?! Here are my stats!

Yes, this is my first baby!
NROL4W = New Rules of Lifting for Women. I haven't actually read the book yet, but I've heard great things about the program!

Congrats on your baby!
I'm a mum to a 3 year old boy and 1 year old girl. I've lost 55lbs since my daughter was 8 weeks old and am looking to lose 10-15lbs still.
I work out with a personal trainer and do a lot of lifting, and I also do it when I go to the gym on my own. I also do zumba, spinning and aerobics.

CONGRATS on the baby & weight-loss! I am a proud Mama of a 13yo & soon to be 10yo. It has taken me this many years to get serious about losing "baby weight" & obviously I haven't been able to blame having babies for quite some time
I applaude all new Mom's who get started right away instead of letting things get out of control.

Feel free to add me! We have similar goals I believe. I read NROL4W and loved it. I lift 3-4 times a week and cardio twice a week.
