You need to indulge once in a while if you are going to sustain your diminished weight. ;)
If it fits your macros and calories, go ahead.

Nope. Maybe you should feel guilty if you ate an entire DiGiorno pizza and then a big piece of cheesecake or something. Relax, enjoy the pizza, and move on :)

No. Feel guilty if you run over a squirrel or step on your dog's tail.

Never feel guilty over fueling your body.

I've had DiGiorno (or Freshetta or some other kind of thick crust pizza) at least once a week every week for the past 2 years. And not two slices, either. Half the pie. Never hurt my progress.

    What he said she said.

I eat pizza at least once a week - and I'm not talking about the whole wheat, thin-crust, no cheese, organic veggies kind of pizza. I'm talking about Papa John's and Pizza Hut.

    Hasn't hindered me a bit.

I inhale pizza. It's a little embarrassing, but 42 pounds down, it doesn't seem to be giving me too much trouble. Also, the Digornio nutrition facts are per 1/6 not 1/8 (like most people slice it)...just FYI. :)

This! If I'm doing frozen, it's usually Culinary Circle with some added toppings from my own fridge. But I prefer my local Casa Mia.
