Hi everyone, I am an addict and I have overcome my addiction before. I cannot stop eating crap. Today alone I have had 2 cupcakes and 4 cookies, I am out of control. I have lost 38 pounds with myfitnesspal, and had lost 20 before starting MFP and have recently fallen off of the wagon! I need weight watchers type support without the cost. I need people to e-mail frequently who need the same support I do. I know this is asking a lot, but I need to be help accountable for what I am doing and reporting to someone at the end, middle, and beginning of the day may be my only hope. Please, if you are looking for this type of support, add me and message me! Thank you for listening to my problems! :-)

Hi there!
First of all I want to say thank~you for having the courage to reach out & write about what ails a great many of us ~ food addictions. I too LOVE sweets... but am learning to overcome those strong desires by replacing them with healthier alternatives. My philosophy is to take things a day at a time (sometimes it's minute by minute) and make a lifestyle change for good.
You can do this... don't give up even when you fall off the wagon... track the calories and start again.

Thank you :-) Hearing from people going, or who have gone through, what I am makes everything seem so much better. Knowing people can make it past the hills and mountains makes me feel like there may be hope! :-)
This time of year isn't usually bad for me, the summer is usually what kills me. But I seem to be surrounded by junk food for whatever reason this year and I feel like I need to eat it all or someone else will lol0 -
I understand completely. I use to gorge my self day after day. No matter the mood I was in. Finally I just came to the realization that I am worth more then this. &&&& So are you. Firstly, the cupcakes etc are they brought into your home by your self, or are they just a holiday delight? Either way, i find sometimes it's easier to easy some fruit or just go by proportions. Do you have a significant other or room mate that can keep you in check. I am not a professional...just throwing around some ideas. I really hope you can over come.0

Unfortunately they are brought into my house and my avoiding them is almost always successful until mid afternoon then something weird happens and all I want to do is eat. It's nothing new but I had over come it for several months. Fruit would be fantastic! And I have tried buying it, but I live in a big house with a lot of people and the fruit gets eaten faster then it is bought. It's a very difficult process in a house with people who don't mind what they eat.0
