Girls don't like muscular guys.....

This my take one it...with visual...big, body builder...not sexy example
Toned, not to big, just enough, sexy...like this.
but idk maybe my outlook is wrong...but that's my opinion.
now with that being said...if someone wants to be a body builder and look like that...that is 100% fine. don't let women tell you your not sexy...I am sure someone out there likes that.
everyone's taste is different.
I second this.0 -
The twins are entertaining. They tell it like it is....0

I've designated THIS to be my *****y thread tonight :flowerforyou:
The fact that they can't say the word 'muscular' is a turn off. On top of various other things.
While funny, they seem uneducated. While good looking, they seem hung up on their looks. While they can't get girls, they are offering advice. While they compare the women you might be with as being little girls, not women....... they act like boys and not men.
Its 2 twin guys, being douches. That isn't a turn on. BUT, it is entertaining
Was it funny? Yes! Do they seem like cool guys? Yes! Could I watch them be tards? Every day.
Would I want anything to come of it... no thanks.
Just like you guys can't take a certain type home to meet mom and dad, I can't see being with that certain type and trying to help him along with basic crap for the rest of his life.
They say you will be with them for 5 years, then leave them for a fat guy who listens? Yes. lol that is the case.:drinker:
Muscular and stupid is not ANY of my criteria.
Hope its just a joke I don't get... that is way easier to justify than actually caring about this. :ohwell:
Yet talking about how their muscular ways cant get them girls and their wives are unhappy and asking them to dial it down a notch. They are more concerned with the girls liking Justin "Beiba" Beiber... *which FYI, no one under 20-25 likes*..... and even that is being conservative... no one under 15 likes.
If married with kids... Why do they even give a s*it?
Oh yeah, bc someone needs to notice them. And make them feel special. Esp the young girls that dont understand them. So they can then, in turn, make fun of them back to make themselves feel better?
Shut up, lift weights, be hot if you want to.. The end. I don't understand why they need a magic mirror to tell them they're the "fairest in the land" ? THAT is the turn off.
Be who you are... love it, want it. Their need for attention is desperate and the reason that not everyone wants the "weight lifting guy"
IN MY OPINION... which, is what you asked.
Sorry to be so harsh
Edited for typo...although I'm sure there are plenty0 -
Some of my brain cells exploded watching that video.
Like all the gazillion threads on women's bodies- there are women that like all kinds of men. I like muscles. I do not happen to like these two knuckleheads because I find them highly obnoxious, but lots of women find muscular physiques attractive. Had I never heard them talk, I probably would have found these guys hot. As soon as they opened their mouths, instant "would not hit" category.

I like fluffy guys, and muscley guys and skinny guys. Muscley guys will turn my head, fluffy guys seem like they'd be super nice to cuddle with and skinny guys might be bony but they're just fine. And if they have beards, WELL.
But I guess like other girls have been saying I'm more attracted to around the 'middle' versus the 'extreme'. It really depends. I think Cee-Lo Green is a super sexy beast for example (esp in his Anyway video oh beards) but so are Chris Cornell and young Robert Plant (heck, he's still looking pretty good in his mid-60s). Also, Jared Padelecki. Huge crushes, all of them. So really, it's a guy to guy basis.
As long as I can hold a conversation with a fella and I don't feel like I'm having to dumb myself down, I think we're probably golden. c:
As for highschool I can't say. I didn't have a libido back then, nor did I care enough to notice about who the girls around me were crushing on. Meh.0 -
I couldn't watch the whole thing, but the part I made it through made me feel like I was watching a Beavis and Butthead episode - but dumber and not as funny.0

Hmmm.. Well, I'm 33.
I don't know anything about Justin Beiber other than my 12 yo daughter refuses to like him, and my 17 year old son doesn't give him the time of day.
But this thread isn't about Justin Beiber is it?
Girls don't give up on guys that like their bodies bc they would rather date lazy pot smoking boys.
That just does not effing happen.
Either I'm too fuc*in old for this thread, or the point made about Justin Beiber is moot ...
I'll just accept older and wiser0 -
I used to like the Hodge Twins a lot, but within this last year I fell off that bandwagon because I think they worried more about being mainstream and making money than actually giving out good fitness advice.....but honestly you can do whatever the fu*k you wanna do.0

Brilliant satire.

I'm kind of with you there, but what I hate about the majority of muscly men is they always shave/wax. I love manly, hairy men!0 -
that was hiiiilarious!!!
but i cant believe there are TWOOOO of those walking around in the world. OOO MMM GGG0 -
They were so annoying I couldn't get through the video.
Agreed. From what I could get through it seems they are talking to a guy in school (high school maybe). Until I was about 20 I definitely did not like really muscular guys. After that my preference changed. I married a man who lifted every day. So yeah tastes change.0 -
Video won't load cos my comp hates me
But from title alone...
Skinny guys= feels like getting "hugged" by a cricket
Creepy 5 percent body fat overly muscular guys with veins and shiz stick out its like Are you a monster?
Cut/ripped/beefed up dudes it's like pardon me while my clothes fall off my body beyond my control
*sigh* yep, couldn't have said it better...0 -
Meatheads or not, those guys nailed it. Girls don't, but women do. *drool*0
-
Watched a bit of the video - however from the comments here I'm thinking I'm pretty thankful there's no sound on my pc at work.
The whole Body by Nautilus / Brain by Fisher Price thing has never worked for me. The first thing I notice and find most attractive about a guy is a good mind - ok after a nice *kitten* and maybe nice eyes - I pefer the gift itself not the wrapping paper it came in.0 -
Body by Nautilus / Brain by Fisher Price
^^^  :flowerforyou:
I like my men the way I like my cars...sleek, well-maintained, with lots of muscle, while still managing to keep a level of sophistication. That being said, when it comes to muscle, there is such a thing as too much of a good thing...at least for me. I like a nice, athletic looking body on a man. When he starts looking like his muscles have muscles and there are veins sticking out everywhere....that I DO NOT find attractive in the slightest.0 -
Lol at the people thinking they are stupid.... they went to college and I believe they have a bachelors degree in buisness0
-
Without looking at the vid I am guessing it is the Hodge twins. They are entertaining, but a lot of what they say is broscience.0

Yes there are indeed women out here who 'like that'
Those vids are pretty funny. I'm sure they don't talk like that outside of these videos haha.
p.s. They kind of freaked me out for a second because I'm subscribed to this guy http://www.youtube.com/user/strengthcamp?feature=watch and he looks like their 3rd brother.0 -
Ahh the Hodge Twins, how you strain my BS Detector.0
