I've been trying to figure out a way for me to be accountable for the way I eat and the exercise that I do without paying money to weight watchers. I'm hoping this is the answer. Already having this site calculate my calories and nutrition has shown me how much my snacking at my desk hurts me with my weight loss goals. This is for me, my boyfriend, my family and all the weddings I'm in over the next year

Excellent! I've been using this site for two weeks, I've lost two pounds and started to maintain the weight instead of immediately gaining it back. You're going to do great!0

I was always told to write down everything I ate and I never took it serious until now. This way Im more in control with what I eat. Im more serious about it this time and the people on here is there to help answer any questions I had. At least its taking some of the guess work of this.Good luck to you.0
