Lol i am not really taking credit for this recipe, surely someone's posted this before, but i love it

10 medium Strawberries
Lucerne Light Strawberry Yogurt
1 cup skim milk
1/2 cup ice

Blend it all together and you have my version (lol and prob many others) of icecream. I didnt figure out all the particualrs of this but its around 250 cals and 1 gram of fat. It's a good source of protein and healthy carbs. And it taste awesome! Makes quiet a bit to! If you dont like strawberries just trade it for your fave fruit.

Sounds delicious, especially considering I'm an ice cream addict!

Ohhh - love these - I use frozen fruit and then you don't even need ice and typically just a touch of skim milk. I use a container of low fat yogurt or weight watchers or something like that. The frozen berries make it sooooooo thick - it is basically ice cream rather than a smoothie. LOVE THEM. And got my son addicted to them too. Very very filling and yummy!
