It has been a roller coaster of ups and downs, but as any success story you triumph in the end. I was a mom on a mission. Here is mine...

Starting weight around: 215+

    I followed mfp calories and also ran everyday up until about a month ago. I currently eat around 1200-1300cals and try to do some strength training for my stomach. It still has some loose skin.

    Thank you :smile: Being able to take long walks with my kids and be able to breathe lol It was really difficult to wear what I had in my closet too.
