Hi everyone! I just realized that I have been unintentionally keeping a great secret from the rest of myfitnesspal. Well, I am sure some of you know of it, but eatingwell.com is probably the best source for healthy recipes, nutrition tips, and more.

Eating Well provides a diverse plethora of recipes that I think are based on taste first and then nutrition. All of the recipes are diet friendly (unless you are extremely strict). They have anything you can think of, from vegetarian to carnivore, from comfort foods to salads. They also have many menu plans based on different needs, such as diabetic, weight loss, low cholesterol, and more.

I encourage everyone to check it out! I am not a spokesperson for Eating Well, just a very happy patron of their website. Eating Well also has a bimonthly magazine.:flowerforyou:
