15lbs down with pics

Probably almost halfway to where would like to be Highest weight was almost 180lbs but this last summer I was 172ish, now I'm 157lbs. Don't know if I did that math correctly haha
Before
Highest weight Feb 2011, 180lbs
Next two are somewhere around 175lbs
Today! 157ish
For those curious I'm 5'6 and I follow (try to follow) the Canada Food Guide, do not drink pop or juice (unless being used as a mix of course!), try to limit sweets and fatty things, and I am a runner (6 days/week) with the occasional 30DS (2-3x/week)
Slowly but surely. I eat things I enjoy because I love food! I think portion control is more beneficial than deprivation
