    Hi,

    I eat mainly healthy and non processed food. I do however have peanut butter because it bumps up my calories to ensure I eat the correct amount without having to eat a large portion, gives me additional protein, I enjoy it and lastly believe it has a place in my food diary.

    I am eating at my TDEE (total daily calorie energy expenditure) - 20% and losing a steady 1lb a week.
