Yay!!! So happy to find you all! I was beginning to think there was no one out there in my shoes! I am 30, starting weight is/was 137, goal weight is 117, where I was 2 years ago at my wedding. I don't work out as much as I should, but will be going 3x/week starting this week since I just signed up for a new gym. I eat between 1000-1200 calories a day. Am on day 7 of a 24 day "cleanse" with no wine... my weakness. So far so good. Please add me!!!0

i'm 5'2 - started at 127 this summer and down to 119. goal weight is set for 110-115 but i'm more focused on losing body fat and toning up!0

I'm 5'2 and usually between 53-54kg (116-120lb). I'm not really looking to lose weight as such, just tone up the soft belly. I do some form of exercise somedays. I just have had a small hiatus but back to the grind.

I'm 5"3, currently 143. I want to lose another 10-15 pounds before my husband and I start trying for baby # 2 in mid-2013! I'm currently finally back on track food-wise, 1200-1400 calories, and training for a 5K in January. I'd love some friends for source of motivation! I tend to get stuck right around the 135-140 mark and I don't want to get stuck during the holidays either!!0

I'm 4' 11.5" and started at 165....I'm down to 138 now, goal is 115. I eat about 1200 calories a day and exercise about 3 times a week (and eat most of my calories back). Please feel free to add me! I could always use more motivating friends with similiar goals.0

I'm 22, 5'2" with an UGW of 120. Started at 150.8, currently sitting at 129 or so, but I haven't weighed myself in a few weeks. However, at this point as long as I'm happy in my own skin, that's good enough for me. It's not completely about the number anymore...it's definitely more of how I feel about myself, as I've struggled with that almost my entire life. I love friends that will motivate me. ME!!! I'm so glad I saw this post. I would love to offer support and be supportive to other 'shorties' wanting to lose those last 5-20 pounds. I'm 5'4" ish.....(a little shorter) I started at 150....now I'm 145....and would like to be at 135...

I'm 38, 5'2" and currently 126, with a goal of 120. I was staying around 122 - 123, until I began running and cross training. I'm currently in the best shape of my life, even though I'm not as "skinny" as I once was. I'm comfortable in my skin, and that means alot!0

I had gained weight inspite of running 3 times a week, I think because of changed metabolism? I have incorporated small changes in my diet since starting MFP in Sept-2012. I love MFP because of the friends/pals I am finding(some may become real life friends ). I also love MFP because I am finding out how many calories are in different foods!

Hi, I'm 5'4 and my starting weight was 84kg (sorry we don't use Ibs here in Austraila) and I'm down to 73kg now. My ideal weigh is 67kgs so I am close to getting there but yet so far.i swim laps 3 times a week for an hour and burn about 700 calories each time. I am 27 years old, 5', and 116 lbs (started at 119lbs). I want to get down to 109 lbs at least.
My ultimate goal is 103.5, like I was 5 yrs ago. It would be too difficult though.
I work out 3-4 days per week, but I have difficulty sticking to a 1200 calorie limit. It would be a long way to go for me. I want to get in to my favorite jeans again.0 -

I'm 5'4 and started at 165lbs . Now 162. Goal is around 130. Never used to weigh more than 115-120 as a young adult, then 125 in my 30s, but I don't think that's realistic anymore. I feel good at 130, so that's what I'm aiming for.
