NO MORE BAD SUGAR!!!!

Ok. So I am starting this thread cause I am going cold turkey.... NO MORE SUGAR!!!!!! (well bad sugar that it) This means no more desserts, candy, pop, etc. The only sugar that I can eat is natural. Someone told me today that if one can make it 5 days with out eating something the natural urge and craving to eat it goes away. So Here is my day 1 of no sugar... I can make it five (hopefully).
Anyone and everyone can join and comment on this challenge.
I challenge people to do this with me!!! Can you give up bad sugar and shed those pounds???????

You shouldn't deny yourself anything, forbidden fruit is usually the most tempting. Instead of going "cold turkey" you should opt to try better choices, sounds like you have that in mind but there's nothing wrong with dessert or chocolate every now and again.
As far as changing your food behavior, breaking old habits and creating new ones you should prepare yourself that it will take roughly 21 days for you to really create a new habit. For food addictions you may battle this for the rest of your life. Sugar and salt in our food is very addictive and our bodies crave it. Speaking from my own experience I tried to cut sweets and instead have had much more success in planning my treats, keeping dark chocolate or other options available and keeping the ones I know I have a tendency to over indulge in out of the house all together (Evil ben and Jerry's)

i think thats awsome... i went vegetarian cold turkey tooo and its been a long time and i never let myself down... i dont do sweets soo i cant join but good luck!!0
