My first before and during

I've finally started to see the changes for myself. I haven't lost a ton of weight but in the last year I've gone from a size 16/XL to a 12/L.





The image on the left is from Dec 8th 2011 and the image on the right if from Dec 7th 2012. Almost an exact year between the two. I finally saw the difference everyone else was adamant they could see. I swear we're our own worse critics.
