I need motivation, friends and inspiration!

Hey guys! You all ok? I'm struggling with motivation, I'm eating a lot less but not getting the right amount of protein ad vitamins, any advice for getting these on an under 1200 calorie diet?

  • How many times a day are you eating and what are you eating? Are you working out also? :smile:
  • if you want to loose then wait then keep working at it and it will happen. If you really want to keep the weight off then you are going to need to focus on making true long term lifestyle changes.. You can not loose in a healthy way unless you eat. Do not starve your body. Do not be affraid of food. Take it easy and just keep pressing forword. If you are lacking in protien and some other rnutrients and you are eating under 1200 calories then the answer is very simple. Eat more. Go and make yourself some more food. Problem solved.

    im eating 3 times a day, cereal like porridge or bran flakes for breakfast, salad of beans on toast for lunch and veg and meat for dinner, ive always lacked the vitamins.... i burn off alot of what i eat if not all of it
