NSV that made me smile this morning

so i have been extremely ill since thursday and on doctors advice was eating very little to give my tummy a chance to recover (had a suspected perforated ulcer 
) anyway... im back on track, yesterday was the first day i was able to eat almost normal levels of food and this morning i woke up and looked down and my belly is definately shrinking 
i know some of it is due to being ill but i dont care!!!!

Good for you for following your Dr's advice! Glad you are feeling better and happy you had a NSV today! Those definitely help keep you going!0

Non-Scale Victory...those little moments that make you feel good about your weight loss journey but do not involve a number on a scale. Congrats!!!0
