Any tips or recipe links would be great

My husband and I just started following a 1500 calorie diet last Wednesday. We weighed at the doctors office last Wednesday and again yesterday. I am down 7 pounds and my husband 4 1/2. This has been only through healthy eating and really watching our calories. We will be getting our elliptical next week and are both super excited about getting going on that. At this point we don't exercise at all.

I'm trying to find some links to some good recipes or some more weight loss tips. We are REALLY wanting to get healthy and get ourselves in the best shape we can be.
