Plateau?????

Ok, I'm not complaining because I have met my original goal of 135... down from 220 :):):)
But for the past 2 1/2 months I have not seen a drop in weight AT ALL.... I go between 137 and 134.... Like I said its okay if I stay here at this weight but...... am I just in a plateau... I have my calories set at 1700 and RARELY go over. I exercise 6 days a week for 30 minutes a day. (I have to get up at 4 am to do that much)

So is there any advise I could get to lose maybe another 5 or 10 pounds..... I'm doing all of Jillian Michaels dvds right now.. I plan on getting P90X but money is tight right now....

I'd say you're at the right weight, don't worry about it, you're a healthier you and that's the bottom line. :)

I will be interested to read your replies. How tall R U? I am 5'5" ; have lost 9.7 lbs. in the last 13 weeks, when I started myfitnesspal program. I weigh 129.2 as of this a.m. For the past 3 weeks, maybe 4, my weight has not budged much from 130 ; so I understand your issue about plateauing. Ultimately, I would like to weigh 126. Again, I'll be looking for help w/ this issue, too.

I am currently going through a plateau as well, been in one for about 6 weeks. (I hope mine does not last 2 months)

I know how frustrating it can be and you are lucky you are already at the original goal weight you put for yourself. I am only half way to my goal so it is a bit frustrating.

Nothing has changed, yet weight has completly stopped coming off, and now I am getting suggestions in every direction. I've heard, eat cleaner, eat less, eat more, exercise less, exercise more. So I have no idea which way is right to break the plateau.
