Meal tips

Hello I am new to the fitnesspal and I was wondering if anybody can help me plan good daily meals or the day

    Open up your blank diary for tomorrow.

    Start adding in foods that you would like to eat.

    Check out the tally on the bottom. Fine tune whatever you need to in order to hit your calorie target and at least get reasonably close to your macro targets.

    Don't forget to factor in the extra calories from exercise, so you aren't left with a big deficit at the end of the day.

    Do this every day for the next several weeks. Before you know it, you will be in a routine, and eating right will be second nature.

    lean protein, whole grains, veggies, fruits, dairy.

    But seriously, I would eat like you have always eaten for a few days... log all of that food... then ask again. It's hard for us to give guidance if we have no clue where you're starting from.
