reached my goal today-133 lbs down

back in January this year I weighed 338 lbs when I joined this site and set my goal of 205 lbs. Today I reached that goal. When I started I was walking and hiking for exercise. Eventually that progressed to cycling, and now I cycle, jog, do kettlebells, and take a mma class. One day I hope to compete in mma. I can run for an hour and not feel like I want to die, something I never dreamed I could do. My bodyfat as measured with calipers is 11-12%. My whole life has changed, for the better. I just wanted to share my story....thanks. :)
