good thigh size

I'm looking at adding inches to my arms and legs and I am curious what would be a good goal to set. Right now my thigh is 17.25 which in my opinion is little. I would guess a good goal should be around 20". Would like to hear some opinions. When I signed up for my gym they gave me a sheet to fill out on my goal measurements. Sounds like it should keep me motivated. I've heard the first month or 2 you can gain a lot with the right diet

I like to set my goals in one inch increments...I don't really set long term goals, I figure if I can make small progress I can keep adapting as I go...not sure if that is what the gym had in mind with their form, but it works for me.0
