Commercial grade treadmill

Can anyone recommend a good commercial grade treadmill? I am looking for one with a 4-5 horsepower motor and one with arm poles. I would prefer a built in Heart Rate Monitor. This will primarily be used for walking and jogging. Please advise where you purchased and price range. Thanks for your help.

I bought the bowflex treadclimber a couple of years ago. It is the TC3000. It is great!! It has 3 machines in one pretty much. A treadclimber, stepclimber and a treadmill. I paid around $2400 for it back then. I wanted something that was quality and would last. Mine doesn't have the heart rate monitor because it was around a couple hundred dollars more and I didn't really feel the need to have one.0

My treadmill is not commercial grade, but it's close enough as far as I'm concerned. It has the right horsepower, heart rate display, side rails, a built-in fan, ipod dock with speakers, and is very sturdy. I got it from Costco. It's an Iron Man brand, and great quality. I only paid $800 or so for it. Their website seems to have some even higher end ones by Iron Man and other brands. http://www.costco.com/Browse/Product.aspx?Prodid=11526829&search=treadmill&Mo=8&cm_re=1_en-_-Top_Left_Nav-_-Top_search&lang=en-US&Nr=P_CatalogName:BC&Sp=S&N=5000043&whse=BC&Dx=mode+matchallpartial&Ntk=Text_Search&Dr=P_CatalogName:BC&Ne=4000000&D=treadmill&Ntt=treadmill&No=5&Ntx=mode+matchallpartial&Nty=1&topnav=&s=1
The delivery and setup included in this price is a nice perk. We got ours from the warehouse, and it was a nightmare to get it in the house. I love Costco because they will always take things back. They don't try to sell you extra warranties or make excuses.
I don't even know what a Life Fitness would cost new. That's the kind that are at my gym, and they're very nice. But I bet you could find a place that sells refurbished ones. We have a commercial grade elliptical (Life Fitness) that we bought used off Craig's List for $750 a little over 5 years ago.
I just googled Life Fitness treadmill and got this one for $8000!!! Ouch! It might be the top of the line. http://www.healthstylesexercise.com/catalog/life-fitness-club-platinum-engage-treadmill-p-660.html
This place is one of many that sells new and used fitness equipment. Under the commercial treadmill category, the price range is pretty broad. I'm not familiar with most of the brands. I think it's going to take a bit of research in order to compare apples to apples since there are so many options/features. Some even have built-in tv screens with dvd players.

You know what...I have no idea why I was thinking my treadmill was by Iron Man. It's the Nordic Track Commercial 1500. According to this review site, it's the best sub-$1000 treadmill ever made.

Here is a picture from the Nordic Track site. They have it listed on sale for $1299, but I got it for either $799 or $849 at Costco two years ago. Perhaps the newer models are reworked and have added features, but ours is just fine. No problems at all. http://www.nordictrack.com/webapp/wcs/stores/servlet/Product_-1_10301_12401_59002_127153
You probably don't need a gym quality treadmill. They're way too expensive and intended to take a beating for many hours a day every day. One of the good ones between $750-$2000 is probably more than enough.
