30 Day shred question ~

Hey!

So a few days ago I bought the 30 Day Shred.

I rarely exercise at all. I spend a lot of my time sitting down.

But I'm on day 2 of the 30 Day Shred, and my muscles feels fine. I sweat like crazy during the work out,
and my legs feel a bit weak for a while after - but most reviews I've read (and forum posts) have said that
their muscles were sore for days afterwards.

I do the whole thing from start to finish and, like I said,
sweat like crazy, but there's been no lasting burn in my muscles or anything :/

Am I doing something wrong, or not pushing myself hard enough?

    I wasn't that sore afterwards
If it's not challenging enough, add heavier hand weights, weight during cardio and do more than one round at a time.

Ripped in 30 gave me more of a burn :)

    Keep at it!

    What weights are you using?

I'm using the 1lb weights, I'll have to pick up some heavier ones after Christmas.

I'll try and do another round afterwards:)

1 lb is nothing, 3 lbs at the least.

i use 5 lb weights. you can keep holding the weights when you do the cardio also. ripped in 30 is definitely more of a challenge

1 lbs is absolutely nothing - get 3, 5 and 8lbs weights - and start with the 5lbs...

I didn't have lasting soreness from the workouts in level 1, but I definitely hit the point of fatigue/poor form in all the workouts. I am on level 3 now and have seen a LOT of changes in my body. I sweat like crazy too, and have to scream/grunt my way through some of the moves.

I actually alternate between 2 lbs, 3lb and 10lb weights for the moves - if they are starting to get to be too easy, I go up to the next weight level.

Definitely feeling some soreness today in my lower stomach.
Embarking on Day 3 in about an hour.
