Beyond Tangy Tangerine

I'm 9 days in, lost a few inches and two pounds. I walk about a mile a day, I do about 20 minutes of calisthenics and about an hour of dancing (on my Wii DON'T JUDGE IT, its fun and it works), and I do about 10 minutes with my 4 lb (each) weights I TRY my best to be as active as I can be. I listen to Alex Jones here and there and he's always pushing Beyond Tangy Tangerine and I did a little research on it but has anyone on here used it and did you notice any benefits. Also what are some essential vitamins to take?
