i lost 100 pounds and have kept it off for 2 years. it took me 2 years to lose it. mfp only shows a 13 pound loss because i used a different program at first and didnt find mfp until i had lost most of the weight. i went back to school and am now a personal trainer and nutritional specialists. i love supporting and encouraging others on their weight loss journeys. congrats on taking the first steps to a healtier life
