Net Calories are your Food Calories (that you eat) - Exercise Calories (that you burn).
Food - Exercise = NET0 -
Hi, My name is Cala. I am a 62 yr old woman that started this program the weekend after Thanksgiving. I have lost 8 # so far.
In answer to your question about the meaning of your numbers. First, the site calculates that you can lose weight based on a
dietary intake of 1200 calories. Secondly, it sounds like you have only eaten 207 calories, that means that you have 993 left that
you can eat for the day. You can get more calories for your daily budget by exercising and then recording your exercise.
Please let me know if you have any other questions.
Did my explanation clear this matter up for you.
Sincerely,
Cala Scott0
