I"ve gone to the doctors for blood work, been give the ok - have been to a nutrionist as well just within the last week or two to try and figure out why I've not lost my first 20 pounds yet. On average I can say I'm working out about 3 - 5 days a week for about 35 - 60 minutes is the range. Cardio / weights / eulyptical machine a variety of items. I started this in March with the idea that by June I could have lost about 10 - 15 lbs. As of today's weigh in I'm only down 11 pounds and it's December.

I can't seem to find my pattern of getting under 200 lbs - Any suggestions ?

Most likely it is something with your diet. It was for me- I'd work out like crazy- and still do, but not eat right- or record the calories eaten correctly. Can you open your diary so we can see and be able to help better?

i used to workout 6 to 8 times a week with minimal to no loss... It was totally my diet! I wasn't eating enough calories. Now I workout 7 to 14 times a week and because of my diet I have lost almost 60lbs since May.

if the weight is not coming off, are your clothes fitting any different? Maybe using a measuring tape will help you. Because it is NOT always about the dang scale!

    GL! you can do it!

Both ladies above have really good points.

It may be what you are eating or you could actually be replacing 'fat' with muscle.

There is a huge difference in what muscle vs fat can look like on your body and that might be what is happening. Your food diary will be very helpful in figuring out if it is your intake or something else :)
