NSV - Can't Breath!

I am very worried about my 6 year old. We are taking her for bloodwork. I saw the order and what was on it has me feeling like I can't breath right now. Why is that an NSV...because instead of running to the cupboard for chocolate or chips I'm longing to get to the gym and work up a sweat or do some yoga.

    Do it! Work out until you are tired and had time to gather your thoughts. Your 6 year old needs a strong healthy mom.

    The habit that you fall back on during a time of stress, says a lot about how deeply ingrained that habit is. You have fully replace a bad habit with a good one!
