I’m 5'8''. Originally down from 175 to 135. Gained back to 150 on purpose and am cutting down to 140. Currently 147lbs. I gained the little bit of weight back, because I lost most of it from running with very little muscle work out. I was waaay to thin for my height and looked boney. I have maintained healthy eating and fitness. I’m now just trying to cut down with a better balance of muscle and cardio routines. I average a 28 1/2 inch-27 inch waist size.0
