A new entry in the food Data Base

I've added a "Holiday Allowance" into the food DB that will add a 300 calorie bumper to your meal plan for the day. This is how I deal with holidays, birthdays, etc. It's enough extra to feel like a little treat, but not enough extra to keep you from losing for the week.
I thought it might be helpful to someone other than myself.

So, it deducts 300 calories? I'm new to this biz.0

It's a "food item" with -300 calories (instead of the normal +300 cal.), so it will add an additional 300 calories to your daily goal and give you a little wiggle room. You can just give yourself a few extra calories anyway, and let your numbers go into the red, but it's sort of a mental thing for me.
Plus, if I'm looking back through my food diary, I like to see WHY I was over.0
