i lost 100 pounds and have kept it off for 2 years. it took me 2 years to lose it. mfp only shows a 13 pound loss because i used a different program at first and didnt find mfp until i had lost most of the weight. i went back to school and am now a personal trainer and nutritional specialists. i love supporting and encouraging others on their weight loss journeys. congrats on taking the first steps to a healtier life0

Welcome!! I started at 305lbs. You can do this. I have lost over 30lbs since joining this site. I lost some on my own before this but mfp has been very helpful. I am now about 205lbs so down 100lbs. If I can do it anyone can0
