Self: Slim and Sleek

I just tried this video out today- Self: Slim n Sleek (in 4 weeks) with Ellen Barrett. Gotta say I loved it! It wasn't too long (35mins) and had a great warmup/cool down section. Cardio was really intense for about 10 mins but mixed btw low and high impact the rest of the time.
There's also a short weight training segment with dumbells under 5lbs. (I used 3lbs).

It is honestly the first 35 min video I've ever made it through! She is great at cueing at there's a lower impact option for those that can't jump around as much (myself!).

I don't think it'd be much of a challenge for someone above the beginner level but for me, it was a perfect workout! Not so hard that I give up on it, but hard enough to really get my blood pumping without overdoing it. It was a little repeatative but mixed up so you weren't doing the same reps over and over on one side.

Hope to do this one 3 times a week (along with some ab/butt work- wasn't enough) and something else on the days inbetween.
