When I started, I was 175lbs and wore a size XL shirt and size 12 pants. After a year, I'm 153lbs and I wear a medium in shirts and size 8 in pants. My goal weight is 125lbs (I'm 5'2") so who knows how small I'll be then!

This is interesting as I'm trying to work out what size to aim for and they seem to have changed over the years.

    I'm just under 5' 3".

My highest weight was around 215 lb and I wore a size 22 at that weight.

I'm now around 180 lb and the 22s are way too big, so I'm wearing mainly 18s (but fit the occasional 16 or 20).

I was around 110 - 120 lb through my 20s and 30s (mostly near the top end of that range). In my 30s that translated as a size 10, but in my teens/20s it was a 12. I wore a lot of vintage clothing back then and was actually a size 14 in 40s clothes!

    These are all UK sizes.

    I'm a size 10/12, more 10's then 12's now. I'm 5'8 and 170lbs.

At 195lbs I was wearing size 14's and they were getting tight.

6'1", 165 and currently a US size 4 or S most of the time. I'd like to lose another 10 or 15 lbs, which might put me in size 0s which is hard to fathom, but in fact, I already have some size 2s in Old Navy jeans and XS tops so it's not all that hard to imagine I guess
