New to MFP - Georgia

Lifetime WW member over goal for a long time. DH is buying a wi fi scale so I want to connect food and fitness logging with the new scale. I stay within the same 2 to 3 pounds of current weight. Going for the 1 pound per week loss by tracking food and exercise. Still have Christmas and New Years with company coming too. May be sporadic tracking initially but that will give me time to figure out this site and get my home fridge and other food "organized" for Jan. Best Wishes to all the MFP folks here.

Hello, I am also at WW - knowing you will be weighed every week stops at least 2 of those "eating for no apparent reason" moments. Am also using Xmas to get the food "organised for 2013. I have used the tracker before and it really does make you stop and think. I am on a 40lb goal - but feel quite upbeat about it ....... onwards and upwards (...oh except in weight terms of course !!) Waving in from a very wet London !
