Getting Sexy for Summer 2013 - 24yo M

Hey all --
My name is Zack -- I'm 24 and right now weighing in at around 237.4 (I'm 6'1.5"). I'm currently doing the "Primal Blueprint" / Paleo diet -- and I've lost 7 lbs in the past 3 days. It's mostly water and my body getting rid of toxins etc -- I'm sure that at some point I'll reach a steady state of hopefully losing a pound or 2 of fat per week. Looking to get abs for the first time in my life by Summer 2013 and am very excited about the prospect of doing so. Expect that that will come around the time I get into the 190-200 range -- not sure where my body fat is but I'm sure if I get down there I'll start to see some mild form of definition, which would be a huge accomplishment. Ultimate goal is to fit into a pair of 32" jeans, a size I have not worn since I was very young.
I've come to realize that abs are 85% nutrition and 15% gym. And that nutrition itself is 95% psychological, 5% the act of eating something. So I'm working on controlling my brain and programming it so that I want to be healthy and that I consistently make the right choices.

Welcome! And great goals, I have ones that are similar and I think that just by taking this step it shows your already on your way to getting there.
Also when it comes to food my best way of keeping myself from the bad stuff was using the 'out of sight, out of mind' technique. Don't let yourself look at the bad stuff and you won't crave it.0 -

a friend of mine is doing the paleo diet, she has some very yummy looking meals posted on fb! She also boosts that loosing weight is mostly based on nutrition, with some excercise thrown in. Took her advice (except the paleo, can't bring myself to that extreme yet lol), and so far the weight is coming off.
Stay committed man, and keep your goal in sight! Summer 2013 isn't gonna see us coming!0 -

I lost 50 pounds, but now I'm pregnant!
I don't think my body will be quite perfect by the time summer rolls around, but I'm gonna be trying like hell to get it back in shape once I give birth in a month or so!
