Jillian Michaels DVD's - Anyone have successes to share?

I am going to be starting my Jillian Michael DVD plan soon, I ordered Extreme Shed and Shred, Ripped in 30 and Killer Buns and Thighs so that I have a good variation and lot to do.

I want to hear if anyone has found great success in using these or any other DVD's that she has made. I think if I hear of the success I will be driven to succeed myself. :)

    Jillian MIchaels DVDs helped me lose all of my weight. I started with 30 Day Shred and became hooked! I bought all of her other DVDs for a variety. I still use them several times a week in addition to my running routine. Good luck!

    I like the 30 day shred and I'm on level 2. I have noticed a small increase in my endurance and strength since I started with it. I will notice more improvement at the end of the 30 days. I'm going to be getting JM's yoga meltdown and 6 week 6 pack. She gets results and that's what counts.
  • Great choice! You can't go wrong with Jillian. I've done 30DS, RI30, KB&T, 6W6P, NMTZ/BFBM and am almost halfway through JMBR. Her DVDs have got me in the best shape of my life! Enjoy the journey - you will see results!

    I definitely saw results with her 30 Day Shred! I wasn't too overweight to begin with (need to lose about 5-10 pounds). I started 30DS during my sabbatical, and my coworkers were asking if I had lost weight when I went back to work. Didn't lose any weight, but definitely toned up quite a bit.

    I didn't see results with Ripped in 30, but I didn't work out every day like you're supposed to. Doing her Six Week Six Pack right now, also pretty sporadically. However, I am finally losing weight!
