Tummy types

Any one also have a tummy that goes in and back out again, just above the belly button? (Hoping someone knows what I mean..)

Has anyone gotten rid of it and how long did it take?!

  Yeah, that's what I mean! I'm not as bad as that though...
  
  Really hoping someone can tell me how long they took to change their shape - just so I can have some sort of goal
