How To Stay on Track During the Holidays.

I'm really concerned during the holiday season about binge eating! While I know that for most people, that is (at least part of) the point of the holidays, I would like to continue losing weight (or at least maintaining) this holiday. Any suggestions?

    Add a workout in at some point in the day!!! Losing weight is based upon calories in versus calories out!!!!

    thats what im doing just because its a holiday doesnt mean an excuse to stop what im doing. So im going to continue to log everything and make healthy choices while i am at dinner and other peoples houses. its not going to be easy but i finally got the scale moving again and im not willing to have it plateau again!

    I am trying to make sure I keep my cals low & exercise high most days. I am trying to rationalize that if I am strict and on point most of the time a couple of higher days shouldn't be too bad ... also I am trying to not go totally out of control at holiday parties. I've been trying to bring healthy food to share and focusing on veggie trays. It is very tough. I love this time of year but I am honestly ready for it to be over, it's stressing me out.
