Yay, I learned how to post pics!

The top pic is of me at 179lbs a few years ago. I started walking on Christmas Eve last year and ended up losing 40lbs and walked/jogged/biked over 1,000 miles.
I was pre-diabetic.
Obese
Couldn't walk 20 feet without being out of breath.
High blood pressure. It's still high but I was able to drop one medication!
I went from a too tight size 16 to an 8. :)

I'm 51 years old, so if I can do this, you young people can too. Don't ever give up. YOU ARE WORTH THE EFFORT!

    Aww thanks! And, yes it is definately worth the effort! Sometimes it really sucks and I wonder if I'll ever get through a workout but it's all worth it in the end.

    YAY! Thank you :] When I had our kids, both times, I went up to a 14 or 16 in jeans (I never looked it that much for some reason?) and my goal is to be a 6/7. I appreciate the inspiration. Nice work.

    Thanks so much! Someone on here suggested I use photobucket, so I did and it was easier than I thought. There are also tips in the forums. Just do a search on how to post pics.
