Trying to figure out how many calories I burned while waking at a steady pace and pushing my son in a wheelchair? IF any one can help me figure this out would greatly appreciate it. I see where there is a exercise in the data base for : Running(jogging, training, pushing wheelchair, but I am not sure it that means pushing a wheelchair while jogging or pushing a wheelchair equals jogging???
If it helps I was walking at about 3.0 pace and walked for 45 mins. Appreciate any help on this . Thanks a Million!

Hello,
Under the cardio workouts. There is one for walking and pushing a stroller. Now, I know a wheelchair is heavier, but might be the best way to get an estimated amount.
Hope that helps.0 -
