i got my first size 4 jeans yesterday and i couldn't be more excited!!
even if th scale hasn't moved much the past few months, i keep getting smaller, which is what counts, right?
before: 168 pounds
now: 133
and the jean progression, from late may to yesterday
first are size 12, then 10, then 7, 6, and now 4!
i went from being an L/XL in most brands to an S/M in dresses and shirts!
i've been quite frustrated about my weight loss because i started stalling and then going up and down three or four pounds since october but hey! weight isn't everything is it?
exactly 7 months of hard work later, this is where i stand, and i've finally learned to like my body.
i still want to tone more, lose around 8 more pounds, but i'm really happy where i am at.

First off, great job! I love the jeans picture and since your starting weight is my current weight and your ending weight is near my goal weight, I feel much more inspired to tackle my final 35ish pounds!0
-
Well done, lady! We are similar heights and around the same starting weight and goal weight so it's great to see your achievements!
Sure Harry Styles will be on his way soon. ;-)0 -
Fabulous transformation! Looks like way more than 35 lbs.0

You look amazing! I feel inspired by your post.
I'm 5'2 , started from 165 lbs and now down to 132 lbs.
I was at 137 lbs for 3 weeks and was very frustrated about it too.
I tried working harder on the treadmill and taking fish oil. I'm doing a
lot more research on plateaus and increasing my metabolism.
What workout or routine did you do to get those abs?
Goodluck on your last few pounds!0 -
