Down 40lbs

Options
I started using the app in February of 2012 weighing around 223lbs. I dropped 8lbs between mid Feb and mid April. At that time I stopped logging because I didn't have enough drive to continue while moving and getting a new house together. I told myself that as soon as we settled in I would get back on track and finish what I started, I lied to myself. While i was able to maintian, it took three months to finally come to my senses and start going hard. On August 8 I started logging again and signed my wife and myself up for the gym. Since then I've been shooting for a minimum 2-3 days a week of cardio and weight lifting, and if time an extra 1-2 days of cardio. I've cleaned up my diet quite a bit from earlier in the year but I don't deprive myself of anything, just be more mindful of my portions. I've been asked several times lately if there's some secret to success and the only thing I can say is it pays to be honest. I always try to log high on my food and low on my burn to insure I stay within my calories in reality not just in the app. But for the most part it's just consistency, my wife has lost 39lbs doing pretty much the exact same thing. After recommitting myself in August I've lost 33lbs, and dropped from a size 36-38 to a 32-33. All my pictures are from August (215) to last week (181.8).
