ok here I go starting tomorrow I'm going to make sure I account for everything that passes through my lips, and all exercising that I do no matter how big or small, so wish me luck, and best of luck to all the other newies here also.

    Thanks I sure hope so, I really need all the help and encouragement I can get, I tend to get bored and slack off after awhile, but if I stay active and accountable for my days activities and read posts everyday on here I'm hoping that will change my way of thinking, Thanks for the warm welcome Ladies :happy:
