    incredible, amazing transformation.... I wanna know all about your journey if possible, like how many calories your' eating , (carb %, protien% and Fat %) and what kind of exercise were you doing and how often,, I sound really annoying I know, but for the life of me I can't understand why I'm not losing and even if I lose I gain them in a heart beat, I eat 1200 I do strength training 4 days a week cardio 2 days a week and some times I do extra cardio here and there.. please help !!

    You have done AWESOME!!! How tall are you? I'm a size 10 or so now. I'm thinking I'm too tall to ever be a size 4 again, but only time will tell!

    WOW!!!! that's not only very impressive but inspiring and motivating for me! i just joined this site and although i'm not a size 12 (size 16) it still motivates me to get my *kitten* in the gym today! Thanks for posting the pics and sharing. :0)
