I haven't seen my kinesiologist since last Xmas. He's the type of person who doesn't notice things unless they hit him like a train (sometimes not even then :laugh: ). He told me twice in less than an hour that I looked 'very good'. My husband insisted he hadn't said anything about my weight loss or shaping up. Guy about dropped when I told him I'd lost 90 pounds.

Even better: he said it was fine for me to do half squats since I can't go A2G. :tongue: :drinker:
