30 minute videos - easy on the knees.

I just finished the Jillian Michaels 30ds. While my muscles are definitely more toned, my knees are killing me. I am looking for something else that might be still just as effective in burning calories and building muscles, but a little easier on the joints. I am a mom of 4 little kids though so I need to be able to do it in my home during naptime - so I have about 45 minutes per day. I'd love any suggestions you all have.

    Have you ever checked out any Denise Austin or Leslie Sansone videos?
  • Check out fitness blender on YouTube. They have some easy in the knees videos including cardio ones and are free :smile:

    Can I tempt you into trying a kettlebell workout? You pretty much stand still but burn the same calories as a gentle run!

    any low impact cathe friedrich dvds

    she is awesome! over a hundred workouts to choose from and many of her recent workouts are intense and still low impact.
    you can buy them on her website, they are having sales on different workouts each day, or ebay.
    also, if you are needing a budget friendly option the downloads are often cheaper than getting the dvd's.
    some as low as $9.
