Approx. 90lbs. Lost! B4 & after pics!

I went from 210lbs. (in 2007) to 138lbs. (Dec. 2012), for a loss of 72lbs.

BUT I just found these horrible before pics (from 2006) and I swear I'm bigger than 210!!! I'm guessing probably 225 to 230lbs. in these pics. 4'11" & over 200lbs. is NOT a good look! I was huge...

I LOVE the new me!! Still wanna lose about 30 more lbs., but so far so good!

    My story is on my profile for those who'd like to view it!

    Although I did some cardio at the start of my weight loss journey, my main change was to my eating habits. I stopped overeating and gave up fast food/ eating out/ alcohol. I still try my best everyday to eat smaller portions and eat healthy!! I eat broiled fish (yum salmon) and veggies with brown rice pretty much everyday.. Lol.

    Really need to add a workout component back in my routine to lose these last 30 or so pounds! :)
