Hello friends!

The holidays have arrived! This is where we will have a friendly little challenge amongst ourselves! Everyone is invited to join! We start by putting in our goals (before working out if you have one planned)! Then after the day is done and we've consumed everything, we'll put in what we actually had! Let's see who can get closest to their numbers all around! We'll feel great about it! There are no food restrictions, so EAT that dessert! Just log EVERYTHING! If you're making a recipe, add it to your database and use it! No using quick calorie add because it doesn't give you numbers for macros. We can do this! The challenge is on!

My goals are:
2000 calories (40/30/30 macros)
200g carbs
67g fat
150g protein

Happy Holidays my friends! :flowerforyou:

Not for me, life is too short to fuss over a couple of days out of 365.
Christmas is meant to be a time of joy and family, not a time for sitting adding up calories and workout burns.
  • My goal: 1200 calories. Left my running shoes at home so this is it.
