is anyone out there having a problem with sugar - I eat a lot of fruit as a snack - keeping it healthy without a huge amount of calories! I don't put sugar in my tea of coffee - and apart from my treat every couple of days - I don't have sweets (candy).

however - EVERY day I am over! like today - I have had a banana, a youghut and an apple which bought me over!

Any advice?

Hi there, I had the same problem and chatted to a nutritionalist friend of mine.
He said that if you are watching the carbs, ignore the natural sugar in things lke fruit/honey/etc. As long as it is all natural (i.e. No added sugar.
So watch the carbs, and you wont have too much sugar anyway....
Just when you look through your diary for the day, take away the natural suagr in the fruits, and see if you can keep to your target then....
    Does this help?
